Replacement-first help
For quality issues, dead-on-arrival reports, or confirmed defects, contact support before returning anything. UTBOX checks setup details first, then may replace the needed accessory or unit when appropriate. Refunds are the final escalation when troubleshooting or replacement is not reasonable, or when local law or platform policy requires it.
Returns and replacements
Contact support first for return, replacement, or refund instructions. Non-quality return requests can be made within 14 days after delivery; for change-of-mind or wrong-purchase returns, the buyer pays return shipping where local law and platform policy allow.
Do not send an item to an address unless support has provided that return route.
Battery check
Batteries are not included. Each wireless controller needs 2 AAA batteries; the two-controller set needs 4 AAA batteries in total.
